Our Mission
We are dedicated to improving the workforce by providing expert training, technical assistance and program support to organizations responsible for developing America’s workforce. We understand the complexities and challenges faced by federal, state and local governments and community-based organizations to implement effective workforce development programs. Our team at Partners4Progress combines extensive expertise with a passion for improving the lives of people entering or re-entering the workforce or seeking upward mobility. Our goal is to help our partners design and implement workforce programs that will move the American workforce forward.

Partners4Progress believes in fostering strong partnerships with our clients and their grantees. We realize that programs are funded by different authorities and have unique requirements. Programs are not “one size fits all” and neither should be the training and technical assistance. We tailor our approaches to the specific needs of each client.
